About the Role

Staffline Recruitment Ireland are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Freelance Marketer to join our client, a growing B2B business based in Dundalk on a temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketer who can work independently while collaborating closely with the Sales team to develop and deliver targeted marketing activity.

The successful candidate will take ownership of a range of marketing activities, helping to strengthen customer engagement, support sales objectives and identify opportunities for future growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly meetings with the Sales team to review, plan and coordinate marketing activities.
  • Develop and implement targeted B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Review and audit existing marketing activity and provide strategic, data-driven recommendations.
  • Manage and update website content using basic CMS platforms.
  • Create visual marketing assets using Canva, Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Create, manage and monitor email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
  • Set up, analyse and optimise digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics.
  • Manage social media channels including Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging organic social media content and targeted paid campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with Sales to ensure marketing activity supports commercial objectives.
  • Translate technical products and services into clear and engaging B2B marketing content.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ marketing experience.
  • Proven experience working closely with Sales and other internal stakeholders.
  • Strong B2B marketing experience.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, Mailchimp and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong content creation and social media experience.
  • Experience using Canva, Photoshop and/or InDesign.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and work to deadlines.
  • Experience marketing technical products, machinery, industrial products or similar would be advantageous.
