Event Management involves planning and ensuring that special events run smoothly and includes both small events and those on a large scale such as festivals, concerts and conferences. Hospitality is most commonly associated with Hotels but also includes careers in entertainment venues, restaurants, bare and casual dining, event management and contract catering.
