Production Storeperson / Production Warehouse Operative

Location: Co. Louth
Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 (DOE)

Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Production Storeperson / Warehouse Operative to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong warehouse, stock control, and production support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Work efficiently in a busy, high-volume production environment
• Administer and manage production components accurately
• Receive, inspect, and book in goods inwards
• Generate and pick component lists for production
• Issue components to assembly lines in a timely manner
• Replenish stock on production lines as required
• Maintain and reconcile stock records using warehouse systems
• Participate in regular stocktakes and inventory checks
• Load and unload HGVs safely and efficiently

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Strong understanding of stock control systems and processes (Kanban, FIFO, pick lists, etc.)
• Proficiency with Counterbalance and Aislemaster forklifts
• Experience using Sage warehousing software (or similar systems)
• Valid forklift licences and up-to-date Manual Handling certification
• Strong work ethic and ability to work on own initiative
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
