Ó Fiaich Institute gave me the opportunity to follow a dream of going to college. The teachers were extremely supportive and encouraged us, the course equipped me with the skills to academically write and gave me the confidence to go on to study Social Care in DKIT. I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity of a place on the Erasmus+ programme Malaga with work placement. This was a amazing experience I would recommend anyone to do a PLC in Ó Fiaich
Chloe Healy Youth Work 2022
The modules I enjoyed the most were Psychology and Understanding Youth Work. The teachers really invest time with the students and they are friendly and helpful, making the course a positive learning experience. I met some really great people with a shared interest and made friends for life while confirming my career area.
