I completed the Level 6 Advanced Early Childhood Care and Education course in 2021/2022. From a mature student's perspective, I found all O'Fiaich staff and students very friendly and helpful, which made it a very enjoyable and beneficial experience for me. The modules cover every aspect of childcare including child development, special needs assisting, and supervisor skills which give you the tools to find a career in the industry. As work placement is also included on the course it’s a great opportunity to gain experience and a lot of students find employment where they’ve completed their work experience.
