Course Description
This year-long course is designed to equip learners with key Auctioneering and Estate Agency skills, as well as an understanding of a comprehensive range of modern business functions such as IT, Economics, Marketing, Valuation and Law. Estate Agents work within the residential and commercial buildings sector; selling, letting, managing, valuing and advertising properties. This course will enable the learner to work in a professional manner in the Estate Agency industry or progress onto various professional Real Estate and Auctioneering programmes at various Universities and Institutes of Technology.

Fees For The Academic Year 2024 – 2025
All courses have a Registration Fee of €30 (non-refundable).
A non-refundable Registration fee of €30 will be payable on acceptance of a PLC place. Essential course materials may be required for some courses the cost of which will be borne by the student.
All fees are subject to change. All fees must be paid with a Credit/Debit card online. No cash is acceptable.
The course helped me gain a sense of how business works. I learned practical skills in modules such as Word Processing and Spreadsheets. My favourite course was Accounting - Manual & Computerised. I enjoyed producing a trading profit/loss and balance sheet using Sage. I learned to take responsibility for my learning which helped me to feel motivated and achieve my potential.
