Course Description

Quantity Surveying provides learners with the opportunity to develop the skills and expertise required to become a Quantity Surveyor. Undertaking this course will enable learners to develop knowledge of measurement and valuation, spreadsheet production, building and construction methods, surveying practices, 2D plan production and 3D simulations. Learners will gain experience and competence in the fundamentals of Quantity Surveying, measurement and valuation of works, payment processes and quantifying new and existing projects.
