The aspects of the nursing course that I enjoyed most were learning about the human body, healthcare issues and diseases as well as making good friends with common interests and goals. The work placement in a hospital allowed me to experience all aspects of nursing and to experience what it is like to be a nurse and how to assist people. Ó Fiaich has supportive teachers who made the college experience interesting and accessible for me.

I’m a mature student who returned to education to follow my dream of becoming a ‘Mental Health Nurse’. Ó Fiaich College has many good features, the teachers were supportive, interesting and very fair. They go above and beyond to help you to achieve and will keep you informed of what you need to progress on to third level education.  I would recommend this course to anyone, especially if you are hoping to progress on to higher education.
